Shipping Information
Please supply contact information (e-mail address and/or telephone number), on order form when checking out, in the event that a question needs to be asked concerning your order. If no contact information is supplied, Nazir Art Crafts/ Cloak of Wisdom reserves the right to send replacements if deemed necessary. Orders sent USPS, UPS or Federal Express (most sent USPS) . In the rare event that it actually costs more to send your package than the automatic shipping estimation on your order invoice - your order total will be adjusted to reflect the extra cost. For those ordering one or two tester vials of oil, you may request 1st class within the comments field on the order form when checking out. The shipping fee for such orders will be $3.00. Return Policy
Massage Oils (and other specially made items) are not returnable
No returns without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will be subject to a restocking fee of 10% of the returned merchandise value. All returns must be pre-approved via e-mail or telephone and have the following words written on the outside of the package "AUTHORIZED RETURN" - to ensure that you are not charged a re-stocking fee and that your return receives prompt attention & to avoid returned items from being misplaced. All claims of loss or damage must be made within 3 days of receiving order.

Unfortunately, due to customers claiming not to have received their orders, we must add Signature Return Receipt to all international orders. This goes into the shipping fees expenses - sad to say. This additional fee for all international orders is $12.30 - this fee will be in addition to the estimated shipping cost given at time of placing order.
