MAY PEACE PREVAIL ON EARTH

Each scroll is intricately designed and hand crafted at the Monastery; using colored and solid fabric sewn together to create a frame around the portrait or other artwork (done on 100% natural fiber cloth), the fabric frame matching the colors and energies of the painting. The scroll has a wooden top bar in which a cord for hanging is attached. The bottom of the scroll has a round wooden or bamboo rolling stick to provide necessary weight and for rolling the scroll up when need be. Paints used in art work are mixed media - acrylic, water colors, and ink.
